9/3/07 Onboard Crystal Symphony, North Atlantic

Typical on-board organic salad (by special request). The kitchen staff learned to make raw dressings. They have four of my basic recipes and have even improvised!

Organic fruit plate on-board. This would double as dessert at lunch or dinner, as well as my breakfast meals. When I get up too early for the main restaurant (Crystal Dining Room), I would eat ripe non-organic fruit at a buffet on the Lido deck. I suspect the fruit is not sprayed as it was brought on ship in London, but do not have details. (It is likely less toxic than if purchased in the U.S. (IMO)).
